This is such a wonderful eatery on Solano Ave. (Located next to where Pharmaca used to be). All service and food is stellar- Ingredients preparation service staff- just perfect. I had a wonderfully prepared Mocha (to my specifications!) and this incredible "Goddess Bowl", which truly was for royalty. That being ME. Today. At lunch! The atmosphere is very calming.

This is a great place for breakfast! Worth a a long drive to try it out. Omg! Trying to post this with just a few extra words required.

The restaurant was spacious and clean. Server was friendly. The dishes were beautiful, topped with fresh and sweet berries. The crispy chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside -really good. The waffles were crisp and light. I wasn't really impressed by the croffles, though. It seemed like they just pressed a croissant in a waffle iron, which took away the fluffiness that I expect from a croissant. This was a fun place to catch up with a friend!

A normal breakfast/ brunch place except they mix a bit of Japanese/ Hawaiian in there. Teriyaki Salmon (bento) box & a breakfast sandwich thats served like a burger. The slight twist is very nice.

Another Solano Avenue gem of a restaurant! If you are looking for a brunch spot: O2 Eatery is a must try. In what used to be Delirama spot (I missed them), another family owned and operated restaurant has taken over, with the same mojo of delicious food and great customer service. We each had something different: steak and eggs, California omelette, Bacon Benny, and the croffle. Yum, Yum, Yum! What surprised us the most, the breakfast potatoes were just the right crisp on the outside, soft in the inside, and flavorful with a buttery garlic chimichurri topper. If the taste, portions, and service stays consistent, O2 Eatery will be a staple restaurant, continuing to add to the many Foodie spots on Solano Avenue.

We are a fan! This spot opened up where Delirama was and the ambiance and decor are super cute and cozy. They are very baby friendly with plenty of space for stroller. The coffees came in cute glass mugs and a small measuring cup of cream. The stirring spoons are also very cute! We love that the menu is not overwhelming but has a good variety. Everything we've had here was delicious! We like getting the carb sampler with French toast, waffle and cruffle. We've also tried their Smokey bacon Benedict and California scramble - both were great. The potatoes were fried crispy and with a drizzle of chimichurri. Yum!

Not to sound like an alcoholic but I only gave 4-stars because I think it would be nice to have a mimosa or Bloody Mary with brunch BUT they do serve boba with your breakfast! This definitely a place for families and older folks who like to have morning chats and breakfast. Other than that, food was spectacular. We got the egg breakfast with chicken apple sausage and my bf got the smoke bacon eggs benedict. He really liked it and wants to come back again to have it. The chimichurri on the breakfast potatoes is also such a game changer. I want to come back and try something off the sweeter side of the menu, I have a feeling it'll good. The place is clean and cute, and you can choose where you sit. I really liked the aura and vibe of this place, it's relaxing. Service was very pleasant and I was happy with it. For as many times as they asked if I wanted a refill for my coffee, I should've just said yes. Great attentiveness though! Lol

Nina and I had lunch here again today and we are nothing if not consistent. I didn't reread my reviews, so I didn't remember what I had ordered last time. Nina was seated w/ a pot of English Breakfast tea when I arrived. It was drizzly today so I brought my umbrella in in case it got rainier. I looked at the menu and the breakfast sandwich caught my eye. I had forgotten I had had it last time. This time I had it w/ bacon, again w/ salad. I also ordered a pot of English Breakfast, w/ oat milk and Stevia. I like oat milk, though I'm not lactose intolerant. Nina ordered the avocado toast again, this time w/o the smoked salmon, also w/ salad. When our dishes arrived Nina observed that the salad looked bigger and I think she's right. I cut my sandwich in half and it was so good, warm and comforting, particularly in this weather. Nina pronounced hers perfect and wondered how they have such consistently good avocados. The tea was delicious and, as usual, they had beautiful, delicate serving pieces. There were tiny pitchers of salad dressing, along w/ the teapots and the container of oat milk. The plate my sandwich was on was ceramic and also attractive. Whoever chooses the serving ware has great taste. The prices are remarkably low for the quality of the food. Nina was a little concerned that the place had changed because there was a lighted neon BOBA sign in the window, but was reassured once she stepped inside and saw the O2 Eatery sandwich board. I noticed one of those change of ownership/liquor license application signs in the east corner of the front window and, given Nina's concern, was concerned about that, but when our server stopped by I asked her and she said it was for their liquor license. They will be around for us to return to in the future, and we certainly will.

Date: 9/8/2024 Time: 1:35 PM 73° Sunny Okay, I 'm at the Solano Stroll. I walked several blocks heading to San Pablo Avenue. I'm hungry and the closest spot is O2 Eatery. There is no way I can walk the rest of the way to San Pablo Avenue if I don't have some form of sustenance. Feed me, Seymour, feed me all night long. LOL. No, I am not a venus flytrap. At least I am not "hangry"! Well, stopping in, I was told by Ryan that they were closed. I have to admit O2 Eatery and their family were indeed accommodating. The owner made an exception and allowed me to dine in. It was just me on a solo act. I don't know what restaurant was here before because this is not a part of Berkeley that I travel to. I am from out of town - Alameda. I don't drive. Then it doesn't hurt to be a little adventurous on a nice day, and just enjoy the stroll and lunch. O2 Eatery opened about a month ago. It is a small family business. Not only were they accommodating, but also attentive, gracious and kind. They did not turn me away. My dining experience was wonderful. Excellent service. Specialties: breakfast, salad, sandwiches, burgers, Boba beverages, teas, milk teas. Items that were brought out by the employees for other restaurant patrons sure looked delicious and the portions were generous. Eats: ABC panini with French fries for an ABC lady. Avocado, bacon and chicken, swiss cheese and a pesto spread on a grilled panini bread for an American born Chinese lady. LOL. Cost (including tax) was $19.85. French fries were crispy and greaseless. Good value. Great lunch! Seating capacity for indoor dining: Guesstimate is about 50 people. Street parking is available. Public transportation (AC Transit) is within walking distance. Return visit: yes! I don't drive, but Lyft and public transportation are good options to get to O2 Eatery. I left out of there, grinning from ear to ear.
